The AVS Professional Center offers generous green space that has been professionally landscaped, a large and professional-looking lobby that is shared by all tenants, and secure private office suites. Most office suites have their own HVAC thermostat for comfort. The facility has a 24/7 monitored security and fire system and the entire building has a sprinkler system - both of which will help keep your insurance rates lower. The office suites at the AVS Professional Center also include some shared spaces and services.
There is plenty of parking for both tenants and their customers right outside the front door.
Shipping is easy to coordinate from the AVS Professional Center since the major shipping services stop by on a regular basis for the various tenants.
