The AVS facility is a 60,000-square-foot professional office/warehouse
facility that is owner occupied. There is approximately 34,000 square feet of warehouse space and 26,000 square feet of professional office space. The building owners operate two of their own businesses from this facility: The AVS Group, a marketing and communications agency, and Successful Projects, a project management contracting and training firm. These two businesses occupy a total of about 22,000 square feet
of professional office space. The remaining portion of the facility is leased out. There is the option of retail for the right tenant.
